Number display on the screen

Hi,
I have a problem with T26P's.
On one phone when I pickup a call with BLF (memory key) I see the number of caller what is normal but with other (same number of caller) I see *20*xxxx !!!? where xxxx is number of BLF value on memory key.
The settings are the same on both phones!!
Please help!

Hi Hrva,

Do the two T26 run in same firmware? If not, please do a upgrade.
Go to account-> advanced, make sure that the two T26 have same configuration of "Caller ID Source".

The both of two T26 have Firmware Version 6.72.0.30 and "FROM" in configuration of "Caller ID Source".
It's interesting...
Do you have another option to solve the problem?
