T28 2 active calls Transfer requires you to select a New Call or to the first call

Hi Yealink Support,

Senario: First call put on hold when another call is answered. Want to transfer second call to another extension.

If you press Transfer; it will ask you to select 1.) New Call 2.) <number> of the first caller.

Just checking if there there is a possible configuration to do on a T28 handset to skip the option to choose and you can just directly hit Transfer and dial the extension you wish to transfer to.

I tested with 2.72.0.80 and 2.72.0.30 both behave the same way.It seems that this the way before on old firmwares as user was saying that they used not to have to select on that option before.

Tested T42 and T46 doesn't seem to select for a New Call to transfer but you can choose to transfer to the first call by Up/Down arrow.

transfer.multi_call_trans_enable = 0

I am able to export the config.bin file from the phone and tried to add the autoprovision paramter:

transfer.multi_call_trans_enable = 0

on the factory/Setting/autop.cfg file.

But I seem having trouble to recompress the factory folder into config.bin

Can you provide instruction to repackage the factory file to config.bin?

Hi Hijk,

The parameter "transfer.multi_call_trans_enable = 0" can't be directly added to config.bin file. It needs an autoprovision process

This is autoprovisin guide. would you have a view of it.

There are brief steps:
1.Install a http server.
2.Edit the configuration file.
3.Place the configuration file to http server.
4.Copy the URL to phone Server URL filed and click autoprovision.
