T38 and EXT39 - Call Park Not Working

I have a T38 with 38.0.70.115 loaded. I also have a EXT 39 attached to the T38. I can create BLF Park button on both the line keys and T38 Memory (DSS) keys and they work fine, but if I program them to the EXT 39 it will not work.

Is this a firmware issue or a bug?

EXT Firmware 32.0.0.0
EXT Hardware: 5.16.0.0

1.Do you mean when you configure a Call Park feature in the EXP39, when you press it, it will not park the call?
2.I suggest you upgrade your EXP39, then try again.
Do you have T28 or T26 phones? It need these phones to upgrade EXP39.

Now we are developing T38 firmware which you can update EXP39 on T38, any update will let you know soon.
