Please note that it can only work in V73 firmware. Your T48G should run with V72.

just upgraded to v73 and no dice. I can't seem to transfer directly to voicemail with a simple * + ext or ext* do i have to set the prefix * somewhere?

You will need to press transfer+ prefix(vm code)+ ext. Can this work?

to hear our voicemail messages we dial *2. How do i find/set the prefix for inbound vm messages? I've attempted transfer + *2 + ext and it does not work.

KStorm, depending on your PBX the code is different. Which PBX Are you using?
