speedup connection time when dial number

Hey everyone - Is there a way to speedup the connection when a number is dialed. It normally take 9 to 10 seconds before the number dial start ringing.

Hi Domnic,

Generally because there is a delay communication between server and phone.
So could you please help you clear below items:
1. The issue occurs when you make an internal call(use your extension call extension of your collegue)?
2. What if you make a ip call(directly dial out a phone ip address)?
3. How Many Phones do you have and how many phones have this issue ?What's the probability of occurrence on one phone?
4. What is version and model of your phone? You can see the firmware version by pressing the OK button on the keypad. And you can get the model at the back of the phone.
5. In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap and send to me.
