T46G Delay when answering

Hello, we are having an issue with Yealink T46G, when the calls are answered on this handset there is an approx. 3 second delay before the incoming caller can hear the operator, we have replaced the phones with T42G in exactly the same port / switch and the same config and the problem does not occur.

The phone is on firmware 28.80.0.136, please help this is causing major issues

Try forcing speed to 100 full duplex instead of auto negotiate.

Only occur in T46?
How about the other T46?
Every call have this problem?
Would you please help us to get the trace files, we can check something from them.
