newer T46G's don't autoprovision with 3CX

Just an fyi for 3CX users.

I autoprovisioned 3 new T46G phones today. They all came with 28.72.x.x firmware, and 3CX doesn't seem to be able to work with that. I could not autoprovision them (they did not show in the Phones node) until I downgraded them to a 28.71.x.x firmware.

Do you mean that you can auto provision succefully with 28.71.x.x firmware but not with 28.72.x.x firmware?
Please try below steps:
1.please change some configurations in the auto provision template and try again. Because if the CFG file have nothing changes, the phone won't do auto provision.
2.Please upgrade the firmware to latest version 28.72.0.45. You can get it from below link. >>28.72.0.45<<
3.Please download this template to do auto provision in your 3CX server. >>AutoProvisioning<<

If it still doesn't work after above steps, could you please describe your opertions detailed and send me your CFG file?
I will test it in my side.

Yes, correct, autoprovision with Yealink phones on 3CX server works with 28.71 but not 28.72. 3CX support is telling me this is because 3CX only supports up to 28.71, which I find strange but so it is.
I have no need for the template at the moment. Thanks.

We will release the V73 firmware soon. It has fixed it.
