Hello all,

I have a T42G that was purchased through an online re-seller. it has been working find until just recently got stuck on the initializing please wait screen. Looking through the forums I see there is some files that need flashed to the device, but I cannot find anywhere to download them. We emailed support but did not receive anything. Can someone help?
