Yealink W52P Config file

We purchased this phone through our former phone provider Fonality. They took it upon themselves to lock the phone down to not accept any new SIP servers, or even firmware updates. I need to know what to remove from the config file to disable this, or better yet a copy of the default config file directly from you guys. I can't contact Fonality about this since our service contract has expired. The phone was bought and payed for by us, so they no longer have any rights to it.

Is your colleague going to be contacting me today? It would be wonderful to get this fixed. And if I'm reading that right, you guys allow fonality to do this. That's not very good business. Allowing a company to hijack your device so that they're useless to anyone else? That's just silly.
