T22P connect to TFTP server but not able to take data from the cnf file..

hi

i am trying to auto provision T22P sip phone... with a tftp server..

the phone is taking the auto provision file(y000000000005.cfg and MAC.cnf) from the tftp server. which i am able to see in server logs. but it is not taking data from the cnf files....

Hi Shahper,

1.Please check the file format wheter is correct or not. The format of files should be CFG not cnf.
2.If you can't autop use relative path, we suggest you can use absolute path to autop. Generally, it can work well.
3.After the above operations but it still fails, you can try HTTP server to autop. You can get the software and guide from below link:

i did it on 14th... its working fine...
now i have a issue with giveing static IP. In autoprovisining i have around 10 ip phone of T22P model. is there anythg to give in MAC.CFG file to have static IP.
