T29G question
Hello support,

We have this issue
The recepsionist of one of our clients has a T29G with the 10 lines configured with the sip account
The problem is that when a call is in hold state, in this case, the callerid of the origin is not display
It is display only when the line is active in a call

We would like to know if there is some configuration to made in order to see the callerid event if the call is onhold
This way they can "see" all the active lines and the callerid that is in each line

So I have not seen this before - even on an old Hybrid or Digital Key system.
Not sure if Asterisk has some PC/Mac Software which would be helpful (like on 3cx or Zulty's and many other systems).
I would ask around in the Asterisk forums.

I thought that this configuration could be made in the phone itself, so this is not possible ?
