JABRA GN9120™ FLEX NC MICROPHONE WITH EHS

Hi

I have a T46G and a Jabra GN9120. It works fine but not always. I did not find the way but from time to time the Jabra GN9120 does not work any more. The T46G does not recognize the headset.

If I power down and up the headset and unplug and plug the EHS Box it starts working again.

Does anybody has an idea where I could look for the instability.

Hi Moetiker,

We haven't tested the compatibility with Jabra GN9120 so far .So, We cannot guarantee that it will be greatly received.
I suggest that you'd better choose the headset which is in the Yealink compatibility list.
