Remote Phone Book XML "title"

Hi Guys

we recently bought 1K Yealink IP Phone. Now trying to build remote phone book but facing three issues -

1. Phone numbers is showing number1: xxx, number2:xxx, I think it should be Extension:10450, Telephone:+8809666779977, Mobile:+880xxxxxx

2. Is there any options to add department in user contact details?

3. When We enter GROUP phone book, it's titles shows "unknow"

Please help, thanks in advance.

thanks for your information, is there any way to add department when we view user contact details? just like number1: 203, number2:+880xxxxxxxx, department: IT

we are also expecting Yealink support team reply regarding number1: xxx, number2:xxxx, it should be Extension: 10450, Mobile: +8801713XXXXXX, Office: +8809666xxxxxx

I am too i shaving same issues... i have about 200+ t46g phone and my boss is not to happy with the limitation...
