Sorry for the delay.
1. What's the model and the firmware are you using?
2. Now your issues are:
1) You can't make the wallpaper take effect?
2) You can't set your webpage language as German?

If the issue is urgent, i suggest you contact your local distributor, because our Forum has lower priority than that.

Sorry i found the model and the firmware you are using now.
Here's the solution for you:
1. About wallpaper setting, please use below parameters, for example:

wallpaper_upload.url = http://10.2.4.133:8080/IMG_0349.png
phone_setting.backgrounds = Config:IMG_0349.png
------------------------------------------------
Firstly, please make sure the picture is not larger than the limitation.(<=480*272), you can try to upload wallpaper from your webpage, if it can upload sucessfully, it means it's size is OK.

2. About the Deutsch web language setting, you should use below parameter to do it:

lang.wui = Deutsch
-----------------------

Hi Easyhugo,
The auto provisioning file you used is old template. It will not work in V70 firmware.
Please use our V70 template cfg file, you can try my y000000000038.cfg i attached last time, it will work.

I have the same problem still cannot fix.

wallpaper_upload.url = ftp://192.168.200.199/pub/company.jpg
phone_setting.backgrounds = config:company.jpg.

I tried FW: 38.70.0.105, 38.70.0.125, 38.70.0.162 but no difference.

Hello Guys,

Just to update background wallpaper (auto provisioning) finally works fine on all our T38G phones.

This is the working config. ( Make sure C is capital letter in Config: )

wallpaper_upload.url = ftp://192.168.200.199/pub/company.jpg
phone_setting.backgrounds = Config:company.jpg.

I tested on 38.70.248.36 and 38.70.0.105 both working fine without even need to reboot.
