Not sure about the T20 but definitely the T19 and T21 do not have a backlight (so guessing the T20 probably doesn't either). The T22 and all higher models do as far as I'm aware.

Sorry for the delay. Yes, the T19/T20/T21 all don't support the backlight currently.
