T32 - Remote Phonebook Load Problem

Hi,

I am struggling to get phonebooks to load on T32 but they do work on T28's no problem. I have had phonebook working on these previously but firmware seems to have stopped this. Anybody any advice?

The error is Load Remote phonebook error. I am running phonebooks from elastix with external/internal using php script. The phones refuse to even pickup a basic xml file in correct format.

Nobody here any ideas about this? Have also sent it to yealink support who've so far not been able to help.

Hi cooper001,

I have checked in my side,and I can refer to Remote Phonebook successfully.
I attached a template for you(you can directly download it from attachment),and you can load it on T32G ,to test whether it can work or not.
1.Put the xml file to HTTP server

2.Enter the correct URL to "Phone Book URL"
