EXP39 backlight

Hi,

We have a setup with T26P and 3x EXP39. Now only the second connected EXP39 lights up the backlight whenever you dial or receive a call. The firts and third one do not light up. It does not matter in what order you connect the EXP39,'s , it's Always the second one which lights up.

Any recommendations? What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

The Expansion module (<2) is powered by the host phone.If you connect 3 EXP39,you need plug power to the third EXP39.

we have seen that setting the screen to 'Always On' and no automatic 'dim' helps the exp to remain lit. However this is a workaround since rebooting the Phone resets this setting.

We need a permanent solution but are helped at the moment.

Hi,

How about you just connect 2 EXP,will the both of them light up?
You can try to upgrade both T26 and EXP to latest firmware.
