Anon.Call Rejection, cannot disable
I've just come across an issue with a W52P which is rejecting Anonymous calls when the setting is disabled.

I'm on the latest Firmware and I've updated the handset firmware too (Not that the handset should make any difference).

Code:
Firmware Version     25.73.0.40
Hardware Version     25.1.0.0.0.0.0

Something to note, on the handsets if you navigate to Settings you cannot see the 'Anon. Call Rejection' menu entry, so the handsets cannot change the setting either.

Any ideas?

1. Are you sure 3CX does not reject the call?

2. Please factory default the base, reprovisioning and try again.

This is direct to the SIP provider, no 3CX involved.

Hi,

This was fixed with a later firmware update for the handsets.

It was an odd issue, but updating the handset firmware corrected the rejection.

Code:
Firmware Version           26.73.0.30
