phones ring and never goto voicemail

Hi, We are having a couple of issues with our phones, I have also posted this at the 3cx site because I am not sure if it is a phone issue or 3cx issue.

the receptions will use the blind transfer and the blf key when she receives a call and transfers it to a T32g running 32.70.0.198 and the phone will ring forever and it suppose to ring for 15 seconds (based on the 3cx setting) and then goto voicemail. this doesn't happen on every phone, that's why I am not sure if its a phone or 3cx issue.

Is there a setting on the phones so that after 20 seconds of ringing it will forward the call to voicemail? or is this strictly a 3cx issue

Can you register the issue account to other phones and test again?
