T26p and zultys and voicemail

I have a T26P working off of a zultys mx250, running version 9.0.3, upgraded the firmware on the T26P to the latest.

phone works fine, LCD shows 1 new missed call, but there is no notification on the display for voicemail.

I have 20 voicemails, including new, but the display does not make me aware of that.

what am I missing that would cause the phone to display missed calls, but not voicemail notification?

What is your firmware of T26?
In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap and send to support@yealink.com or support.usa@yealink.com.
