T46G - Visual Alert Pickup

Hello,
I need help to properly configure visual alerts pickups.
when there is a call to the BLF extension, I am shown 2801 <- anonymous instead of the number or caller name, why?
it is registered on elastix 2.4.0 with asterisk 1.8.20.
ask me any other info you need to help me..

Do you test V71 or V72 firmware again?
In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap and send to support@yealink.com or support.usa@yealink.com

my version is:
Versione Firmware 28.72.0.25
Versione Hardware 28.2.0.128.0.0.0

the problem is always with both internal and external calls.
