T48G disable popups

I've just rolled out a bunch of T48G at a client site and have only one major request/comment from the client...

Could you please add an option to disable the "Missed Calls" and "New Voicemail" popup notifications.

I still want to have the missed calls list available, and the missed calls and voicemail notifications that appear at the top center of the screen are just great. I just don't want to have the big popups that come up obscuring the screen... it's just an annoying extra step to have to click "exit" to exit those popups all of the time.

+1 on this. The pop up is time-consuming. Plus it lights up the screen. Perfectly good to just have the MWI and icon on screen.

We are using 3cx phone system with V72 firmware, is anyway you guys can release a V73 firmware for 3cx phone system and have this feature enabled as well, thanks.
We use a lot of T48G phone with 3cx for our clients. it will be really helpful to have this feature.

Hi Jexet,

V73 common firmware have included all customization for 3CX system. They are testing the firmware. I believe they will add the V73 common firmware to their supported firmware list after they finish the test.

We have multiple deployments of 3CX out there with V73 firmware T42/46/48s.
Runs like a champ. There are a number of good additions in V73 that you can add into the template and provision out to them.
