I don't actually use more than one, most of the time. Sometimes it is nice for sip trunking though, each account can have different settings.

I do consulting for 3 different groups - I use 4 registrations on my phone - one for each of them and one for my system. They use my extension as the 'bat phone' and talk for free rather than just inexpensively (the word c*h*e*a*p gets redacted here?).
