Handset low battery

Hi
I have the exact same issue and have tried all the different firmware in the hand set, (26.40.0.26) and the latest (26.50.0.20) both show battery in the red all the time and discharge very fast, the firmware (26.30.0.50, and 26.30.0.40) both hold battery charge great but wifi signal drops more frequently..
Your firmware needs updating to fix these issues please

In same situation as Charliestott. I have downgraded firmware to 26.30.0.50 (from 26.40.0.15) to resolve battery issue but now getting "out of range" when paging.

Any ideas?

Could you downgrade one handset firmware version to 26.30.0.40 and test again?
Please download the firmware.
26.30.0.40


If on this version firmware hold battery charge great, please tell us

I am having exactly the same issue and have downgraded the handsets to 26.30.0.50. Handsets went from having less than 12 hours of standby time, to having 3+ days (or more) of standby time. It was a very clear improvement.

Dear belias,
Support suggested FW 26.30.0.40 but this FW had embedded "Coverage warning tone ON".
For me is very important have "Coverage warning tone OFF".
26.30.0.50 has "Coverage warning tone OFF" too.
So, could you confirm me your running FW is 26.30.0.50 now , and you have solved the Handset low battery problem?
