Locking device TG-46
Good day. I have a Yealink TG-46, and I'm having problems during the workday catching this equipment, this crash is happening when there are many incoming links, this occurs when the machine just hangs, I can not use for anything else, I'm off it and turn it on again.

I have this machine connected to an Asterisk server with FreePBX E1.

Thank you. I look!

Do you mean you can't use T46G because it is locked when many incoming calls in?

Yes.

The equipment is catching when it receives about 10 incoming links (incoming), then takes it off and turn it on again to use normally.

Hi fhbelan,

Please use the latest firmware and check again.
If the issue is still on, please contact your distributor for help.
