T26P + EHS36 + CS540

Hello,

I've got 3x T26P (to be honest, the Tiptel IP 284), 3x EHS36 and 3x Plantronic CS540.

I've connect them like the manual. I can call etc, but cannot pickup and hangup an call.

The 3 phones are hw: 4.0.44.44 and fw:6.70.13.18
The EHS are: hw: 48.0.000 fw: 3.16.0.0

Can somebody help me with this problem. I already called Tiptel (local support) and the cant help me..

Costumer is sad that it doesnt work.

edit:

1 module had an older Firmware (1.16.0.0 ) and that one did work right away.
so, now how can i downgrade the other 2 ?

Do you have other non-Tiptel T26? You can downgrade EHS36 to 1.16.0.0 using firmware 6.60.200.240(apply to Neutral firmware not Tiptel firmware).

I've got an Yealink T26P (the real one) for testing, don't know which firmware, need to check that Monday/Tuesday.

My Yealink has:
Firmware Version 6.70.188.13
Hardware Version 4.0.1.44


But if i " upgrade" the firmware with file, it doesnt change the firmware version.

also found you're FAQ for upgrading the EHS.
There is also an link to other firmware for phones with hardware versie 4.0.1.38 or above. But that file cant be downloaded from you website.

But i have to downgrade the EHS to 1.16.0.0. not upgrading them.

Sorry. Because your firmware is Tiptel one and can't upgrade or downgrade to neutral one, please ask your dietributor Tiptel for help.
I think they can replace an EHS36 1.16.0.0 for you.

You're misinformed. I said i have an Yealink T26P (Firmware Version 6.70.188.13 Hardware Version 4.0.1.44) at my possession, and want to downgrade the EHS36 with that phone. The tiptels are for the costumer, and there working fine on there own, only not with the EHS with firmware 3.16. I want to downgrade the EHS with the T26P to 1.16 or 2.16 if that one works.

I've downloaded the 6.60.200.240 firmware for the T26P, but doenst work. I've also downloaded the 6.60.200.243, a colleague of you gave me that one. But if i use it to upgrade the phone, it doenst not work, it stays with 6.70.188.13.

So i'am stuck with EHS that dont work properly with latest firmware on a phone and EHS

Sorry. Please ask Tiptel for help. You should also test other higher firmware of T26. So phones can work well with EHS36 3.16.0.0.

The EHS with 3.16 does also NOT work with the Yealink T26P with latest firmware, as well for the Tiptel IP 284.., only with 1.16.0.0. Tiptel ip 284 has the latest firmware and cannot help, i've already asked them.
