Time Zone keeps on changing

Hi Support,

We have a Csr with 3 SIP-T46G Phones and 20 SIP-T41 Phones and a few SIP-T22 Phones

Issue: the time zone keeps on changing, any solution on this?

This is only happening on the 40 series.

We're having the same issue.

Some info to add which might be the same for you: Logging into the web interface and auto provisioning does not fix the time zone, but if you make any change to the auto provision file (a random space will do), and auto provision again, the time zone will change successfully.

Do all T4 Series phones change the time zone? What is the frequency?

Yes, it happens on all phones and both models, 41&46

And it happens every night

Do your customers autoprovisioning every night?
Don't your T22P have this issue?
Do you use mix template for auto provisioning?
What are the firmwares of your T4 Series?
