T32 - receiver won't pick up call

T32 - receiver won't pick up call
We have had a couple phones in the past two months that when someone calls and you pickup the handset the call won't pickup, it seems to only pickup on speaker phone.

"clicking" the receiver button a couple of times and then it starts to work again, of course the phones are off wrty, so is there any quick fix for this?

Please check to replace the receiver button and test again. You would need to replace hardware piece.
