Phonebook on SSL-Server

I'm sorry for my english.

I'm a new user on Yealink (t48g) phones.

I try to configure a remote phonebook on our server with connect to our crm.

I created XML demo files and it works fine on http (without ssl), but on ssl
it doesn't works. There are no entries in the server log if try to connect with ssl.

With SSL I click the Softbutton (Phonebook), then I select the remote phonebook
and get an error with the message it is not possible to load the phonebook.

SSL on our production server works fine, also tested with Qualys SSL Labs.

Does the t48g support ssl for remote phonebooks?

Can anybody help me? Https without ssl is no option for us.

It seems to be a problem with certs.

If I disable the function "only trusted certs" it works fine, I activate the function and uploaded 2 certs (from Domain und Comodo) and nothing works.

Anybody have a hint for me?

Dear Support,
it seems to be a yealink problem.

I'm using an nginx webserver with multiple certs/domains on one ip.

After I added ca certs from other domains on the same ip it works.
