T46G Name of caller not showing

We have an issue with names.
We have some registered callers in the phone and when they call the phone from their mobile number the names do not show up, only the phone number.

This used to work. I don't know what has changed but it is not working any more. What can I do to make it work?

Are you sure the number is coming to you in the same format? I haven't played with the 46 in a while...
What firmware are you on?

Same problem here. Names show in the received list on the handset web interface but only the number displays on the phone handset screen.

Firmware Version 28.80.0.95
Hardware Version 28.2.0.128.0.0.0

Check the number format, we had some spaces in the numbers and it wasn't correctly looking up names in the register. Removed any spaces and now it works.
IE. "01234 123456" should be "01234123456".
