Hi,
I am using T26P with v70 firmware. Please provide the information that how the broadsoft directory actually works?
How can we retrive contacts from the broadsoft server to the phone?
Please provide the details.

For how to use BroadSoft directory with Yealink phone, please refer to BroadSoft Phonebook part in the user guide, you can download the file from below link,

For "How can we retrive contacts from the broadsoft server to the phone?", do you mean the search feature? if yes, Yealink will add this feature in the V71 version, which will be ready early this year.

Oh thanks for that. looking forward for the searching feature. can i know what are all other features coming up in V71 related to broadsoft?

Hi,
In V71 version, we will add some features about Broadsoft for example ACD feature, but sorry, now we don't have the list about it. When the V71 version is ready, we will release the release note , then we will send it to you for you reference.
Also you can tell me which feature about Broadsoft you want to know whether V71 will support them or not ,then I can check.

I want to know the Presence of Broadsoft buddies on the phone. Are we going to support "Broadsoft presence" in V71 firmware. when can we expect the firmware availability?

Hello, we have some VP530 running 23.70.248.204-UC ROM provided by Yealink, the problema that we are having is that we can configure Broadsoft directory on any other Yealink device, but when we attempt to set it up on these devices there is no option for network directory. (Group, Enterprise, Group Common, Enterprise Common, personal) please let me know how to get to this menú, we rolled back to default firmware and these options are not available. Thanks

Wilson, thanks for your help, we were able to load the directory using XSI Server, the problem now is that when we try to do a seach by name, we need to switch between upper and lower cases to find the names. This doesnt happen if we load the directory manually, and only on the VP530.
