Thanks! But the strange thing is that we have same module with same headsets and same phones on other sites without having any issue...

Can you make release 3 of the rsh36 firmware available for upgrade from newer t26P?

What if the difference between release 2 and 3?

I will use a T28P in order to switch EHS36 to firmware 3.16.00.

Hi!

Why is it not possible to upgrade the EHS36 with a T26P to Firmware 3.16.0.0? Or much better, with actual phones such as T4X?
Not everyone has a T28P for firmware-upgrade-reasons hanging around in the office...
Will there be a solution for the upgrade issues?

Hi!

After hours of work finally I was able to download firmware version 6.60.200.245 for the T26P - and the EHS update to 3.16.0.0 works.

Now the T42G (firmware 29.71.0.112 for 3CX), EHS36 (Firmware 3.16.0.0) and the JABRA PORO 920 are working fine together!
