Need help upgrading firmware on T22P

Hello. I recently purchased a Yealink T22P. I am using voip service with Nextiva. I have tried updating to the most recent firmware, 7.72.0.30, from 7.71.0.157.
Every time I run through the update, after a first initialization, it shows that the firmware was updated, but then it goes through a second and third initialization and restores the phone to this software. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Nextiva will give you (push to your phone) the firmware they want you using from my experience.
