T21 E2 Transfer problem

Hi all. I have a problem with the T21 E2 When i transfer an incoming call from the recepcionist phone to another extension the phone rings for a while if the call is not picked up. Even if the incoming PSTN caller hangs up, the phone keeps ringing.

Does anyone have some insight on this problem or is it only happening to me?

it is advised to upgrade to the newest firmware and reset to test , firmware download link :

if the issue still exist, then we may need some trace file to see if he server side have send the BYE message to the phone to end the call , so you can also check the server side to see is there any mistake !
