headset and message btn on t28p and t26p

WE have having a problem with this. We have tested this with older amp headset and also headsets that work with the yealink adapter.


What is happening is when you have the headset turned on. You are not on the phone and you get a message. The message btn will turn on but the headset btn will end up turned off. Have tested this on the t28p and t26p. With the ver 70 and 72 software.

If you are on the phone using the headset when you get a message it will turn on the message btn but it will leave the headset btn alone.

The t38 phone doesn't have this problem. Right now it seem to be only on the t28 and t26 version of the phones


Can I get some help or ideas on how to fix this please.

Sorry. It should be a bug in T26/T28 . I have submitted this issue to our R&D.
