Incorrect % sign handling in display name

Hello,
it seems that v7x phones are incorrectly handling % sign in display name. After receiving such INVITE message phone is replying with non-parseable message - no closing quote after display name.
My suspicion is that phones are incorrectly expecting escaped string in display name, see http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4475#section-3.1.1.5 for reference.

Just checked T28 with 2.72.0.30 firmware and problem still exists.
