Enable Periodic Voicemail beeps

We are using mostly T46,T26 phones. I am trying to get the phone to beep every few minutes when there is a voice mail on the phone. I've been trying various configurations I have found but none of them are working. I have Settings->Tones->Stutter set to 1.

It's enabled but it doesn't do what were wanting.

"It enables or disables the IP phone to play a warning tone when it receives a new voice mail."

It plays a tone when it receives a new voicemail but it doesn't beep occasionally to warn the user that they have outstanding voicemails they have been ignoring.

I am having the same problem, will initially light the MWI and beep but after a minute it disappears.
