HOLD SIP message problem

HOLD SIP message problem
My T20 IP-Phone doesn't Ack to the OK message I passed to it while HOLD.

IP-Phone[192.168.1.90:5062] -> SIP Server[192.168.1.250:6000]

Firmware Version: 9.61.0.70
I Upgraded that to 9.72.0.30

but still I have that problem.

Do you use Mitel system?
Can you try about below version?
