My T20 IP-Phone doesn't Ack to the OK message I passed to it while HOLD.

IP-Phone[192.168.1.90:5062] -> SIP Server[192.168.1.250:6000]

Then IP-Phone doesn't send ACK. and because of that the UnHold doesn't work.

Why don't you try the latest version?

Firmware Version: 9.61.0.70
I Upgraded that to 9.72.0.30

but still I have that problem.

This happens when I originate a call to the IP-Phone.

Do you use Mitel system?
Can you try about below version?
9.60.0.132.rom
