Hi Customer,

If you already try to do recovery update, but it still freeze on "Initializing Please Wait", it should be a hardware issue, please contact your distributor to do RMA.

I have a number of used T46S phones that are locked and cannot be factory reset. Recovery mode downgrade works but the phone retains the configuration and will not reset. Can these phones be factory reset in any way at this point? The original owner is not available and I cannot get any support on them.
