That does not look like the "Registering" icon. What Firmware are you running?
And, what exactly is the concern?

I have firware version 2.72.0.30, I no have probelmas, but I found it strange this icon.

i found a solution, in my mac.cfg file change this line account.2.acd.enable = 1 to account.2.acd.enable = 0
