"Reject" call on phone brings to Status Page

"Reject" call on phone brings to Status Page
T46G/T48G FW x.80.0.95 (3CX v12)

When there is a inbound call and I select "reject" on the Yealink the screen proceeds to the "Status" screen (same screen when you hit "ok" button - the screen with IPv4, Mac, Firmware, more..)

This doesn't happen on all T4X with the 80.0.95 firmware.

I tried factory reset and reprovisioning but at a loss. Hoping someone could lend a hand.

would you please tell me how many phones and the mode have this issue,and it's better to give me a video about this issue.

To fix this issue,we need your help to provide the level 6 system log, config.bin file and PCAP traces to me(klaus@yealink.com).

Then I will submit the three files to our R&D for analyze!
