Registration failed while trying to add second handset

Hello,

I am trying to add a yealink handset to an existing base. ( This base has already one handset registered to it)

When i try to register the second handset by going to Registration> Register Handset> (selected all 4 base), it will show a searching screen and then it shows Registration failed.

I press all the base page for 2 sec and also reboot the base while trying to register.

Could you please tell me what i am doing wrong here.

Hi,

I did a factory reset on base and now all the handsets are working..
