EXP39 BLF error

Hi,

I have installed a Yealink T38G with 2 EXP39
I have configured Extensions Numbers with BLF in both EXP39 but the BLF light only works from time to time.
For example:
When I plug the phone, wheter it's with POE or with the power source, all the BLF's light up for a few seconds and then only some of them works. Sudenly, some lights go off and others go up.

How Can i Solve this ?
Is there any incompatibility issue ?
It's happening in several other clients.

I use Yeastar MyPBX U100 and U200.

For the T38G, suggest that only configure 0-25 BLF keys. If the BLF keys more than 25, the phone will lock up.
Please descrease the number of the keys then test again.

Ok, I'll try that.
However, what's the best key module for the T38G ?
It doens't make sense that I have a Module with 40 keys and can only use half.

You can use the EXP39 with T38G, we don't say that you can't use the 40 keys.
It's that we don't suggest using the 40 kyes of BLF.
You can use the keys as speed dial or other function.

I have tested as you said.
When you say to use only 25 BLF Keys, do you mean 25 in each EXP Module, or 25 in total ?
Because I tried to use only 20 BLF Keys in each EXP39 Module and the issue persists.
