Old http calling through ConfigManApp.com is not working on Sip-T21P

From window browser we able to remote control the phone.
However from linux os, we execute same command, but not respond.

I am having the same problem. I have a t19. Any fix for this?

I want to do the following:

When the phone call terminates it dials 500. What do I need to do? Our server is not local but hosted remote.
