Change the voicemail message T32g and t38g

Good day,

How can I go about changing my voicemail message to a custom one? I have T32g and T38g phones connected to a yeastar u100. I tried to press 3 for advanced options but this does not take me anywhere.

You need to check with your PBX Vendor as the Yealink phone does not actually store the voicemail greeting.

I actually think I got it:

1. Dial *2
2. Input password when prompted for example: 4XX#
3. Press 0 for advanced options
4. Press 1 to record unavailable message, 2 for busy message etc
5. Follow voice prompt
