Shared Call Hold not working

Intermittent problem where Broadworks Shared Call Appearance doesn't update T2x indicators when call placed on hold by another phone, and the held call can't be picked up by another phone.

Call traces show the appearance-state=held NOTIFY messages going to all the sca phones and 200 OK being sent back by the phones, but they don't update their line appearance with flashing light, etc.

Seems to happen on both x.72.0.25 and Broadworks x.71.193.6.rom

Any ideas?

If you use Broadworks, please install x.x.193.x which are Broadworks version.
