t38 blf key

Hi,

I am using T38's and T28's with 3CX V12. The T28 regularly looses blf functions but only on one or 2 of the keys.

I replaced one with a T38. It worked most of the day. We called to check on the client and BLF key for the called phone went out.

Is there a setting I am missing?

Hi Chris,

Do you check to use other features in T28? Do other T28s have the same issue in your customer's surroundings?
What is the version of the T28?
Please supply me more infors that i can debug this issue.
