T38 reboots randomly
I have a T38 unit and reboots randomly.

If it reboots, it stucks on initializing screen and doesn't finish boot up.

I tried upgrading to 38.70.0.125 and also made a factory reset but the unit worked fine for a day but it did it again.

a) Is there anything that i can try to fix this problem?
b) Also which from the following firmware is the latest because the support page is messed up

38.70.0.125
38.70.0.180
38.70.248.36
38.70.0.132

My pbx is an Elastix installation.

RE: T38 reboots randomly
Well i tried the recovery mode but i don't think it went ok. I pressed the speaker button, i gave the proper addresses, when i pressed ok, i saw on the screen that the procedure started i checked with wireshark that the firmware was downloaded from my tftp server but after 15 minutes or so the screen was still at the same message.

Is there anything else that i can try?

Hi _alx_,

Sorry. Do you use a POE to power the phone? Please test a power adapter.
If not, please contact your seller for RMA.
