Registration loss on account on W52P

Registration loss on account on W52P
A customer of mine is experience the following problem on the W52P:

He has 2 accounts in use with 2 handsets. One of the account keeps losing his registration, account one.

Anyone experience with this problem? I haven't encounter it before.

Don’t have a clue what caused this, but please factory reset the base and try again.

Hi,

Just started this hosted voip PBX lark and installed w52h and t21ps at home when took to customers one t21p and one w52h lost registration. Had to factory reset both. Adjusted Keep alive time outs upgraded all firmware now waiting to see.

On what phone system are you registering your W52P?
I ask because shortly there were similar issues in Asterisk version 11.20.0 and 13.6.0.
These shall be fixed in newer versions.
