T48G-Voicemail Interface

If we want to listen to a VoiceMail and then call that person back can we view the voice mails on a 48G phone – scroll to the voice mail item – and hit CALL – or do we dial directly. Thanks

Thanks for your information.

For your question,I have done a test with 3CX server(v11.0),there will a prompt option about "call back" after you listen the voicemail,

so maybe your server support this feature also,you can have a try.

Inaddition,you can call back from the history directly.
